Gift Card Terms and Conditions; Web Site User Agreement
Welcome to manipedime! This User Agreement outlines the "terms and conditions" which apply to your use of Pedicash Gift Cards and manipedime.com PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE. Your use of Pedicash and manipedime.com is determined on your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be occasionally updated without notice to you. By using manipedime, you agree and acknowledge your approval to these terms and conditions.
I. Pedicah Terms and Conditions
Use of a Pedicash Gift Card comprises agreement to the following terms and conditions:
Pedicash Gift Cards should be treated as cash. Therefore, they cannot be replaced in the event they are lost or stolen. In the event a pedicash card is lost or stolen, neither manipedime nor any promotional partner nor any partner nail salon will be held responsible. Pedicash’s face value can be found on the card and cannot be redeemed for cash, resold, or exchanged.
When properly authorized, this gift card may be redeemed for salon services other than manicures and pedicures indicated on the face of the card at participating Pedicash/manipedime partner nail salons.
Pedicash may only be redeemed at participating nail salons. A list can be found on manipedime.com . We are not responsible for booking appointments.
Pedicash Gift Card must be surrendered at time of redemption.
The amount indicated on the face of the Pedicash card must be used at a single participating salon in a single visit. We are an independent company and do not affiliate with any partner nail salon.
Neither manipedime nor any partner salon(s) assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, cost, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise which arises out of or is in any way connected with (i) your use and redemption of Pedicash or (ii) the performance or non-performance by any third party providers even if you have been advised of the possibility of damages. Under no circumstance shall manipedime or any promotional partners or salons be liable for any delay or failure of performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control.
Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
II. Web Site Terms of Use
1. OWNERSHIP. The contents of this site, including text, graphics, images, logos, icons, software, and other content (collectively, "Web Site Content") are protected under United States and foreign copyright, trademark, and other proprietary laws. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all Web Site Content is also protected under United States and foreign copyright, trademark and other proprietary laws.
2. USE OF SITE. You are free to use our site for information purposes as set forth above. You may only use our site to legitimately purchase products.
3. PRIVACY. You have read and agreed to our Privacy Policy. You agree to the use of your personal information by Manipedime and/or its third party providers, partners and affiliates in accordance with the terms of and for the purposes set forth in the Privacy Policy.
4. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This User Agreement, together with any terms and conditions incorporated herein or referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing or by making such amendments or modifications available on this site.
5. FEES. User agrees to a non-refundable $2.00 service fee. This includes marketing, publishing gift card, assuring user participating salons will accept Pedicash.
